All products are intended for research and laboratory use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Products are not for human or animal consumption, drug use, diagnostic use, clinical use, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, or medical devices. You are solely responsible for proper handling, storage, usage, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), institutional policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. Statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any regulatory authority.

 

4. ORDERING, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Product listings, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur, including typographical, pricing, or system-related inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders where necessary.

Lot-to-lot variations may occur within accepted analytical tolerances. Certificates of Analysis and testing documentation apply only to the specific lot shipped.

 

5. PAYMENTS, TAXES & CHARGEBACKS

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. HHH Peptides does not store full payment card details. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or fees unless collected at checkout. Fraudulent payment activity or misuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension and investigation. We reserve the right to contest improper chargebacks.

 

6. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processes. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier. Shipping insurance is recommended where available.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. HHH Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information or carrier-related issues.

International Orders You are responsible for all import permits, duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations. HHH Peptides is not liable for customs delays, seizures, holds, or destruction of shipments.

 

7. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

You must inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any claims for damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery, including photographs and order details.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the order.

 

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of research and laboratory products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted once an order has been placed.

9. LIMITED WARRANTY & DISCLAIMERS

HHH Peptides warrants that, at the time of shipment, products will conform to the specifications applicable to the corresponding lot. Your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is, at HHH Peptides' option, replacement of the affected product or refund of the purchase price.

DISCLAIMER: Except as expressly stated above, all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HHH Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HHH Peptides from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your handling, storage, use, resale, or violation of these Terms.

 

11. BUNDLES, QUANTITIES & PROMOTIONS

Bundle pricing applies only to designated bundle products. Purchasing multiple individual units does not qualify for bundle pricing unless the specific bundle product is added to the cart.

Discounts and promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

12. SITE USE, CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, documentation, and Certificates of Analysis, is owned by or licensed to HHH Peptides and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
